This is the perfect preserve to serve on a buttered english muffin in the morning, and would even be wonderful as a topping on vanilla bean ice cream.
I absolutely love this recipe for granola bars. No only are they super simple to make but they can be modified to your own taste by simply changing the dried fruit and nuts in the recipe. I have tried out many granola bar recipes and I always come back to this one.
