Biscotti are one of my favourite type of cookies. I love to eat them for breakfast with a chai tea latte. I found the brand Whimsy & Spice at Dean and Deluca. The company was started by a husband and wife team from Brooklyn, NY. I love all of their baked goods but the Cinnamon Chocolate Malt Biscotti are for sure my favourite. What I love about their baking is the fact that they incorporate spices into all of the cookies, brownies, and marshmallows.
